Noble Protea Ventures is a group of companies in South Africa.
Our offices are located in Cape Town. Currently we are implementing 115 MW solar power plant project in Northern Cape province to supply national grid. Our mission is to expand presence in the country and assist Commercial and Industrial customers with savings on ever rising electricity cost while guarantee uninterrupted power supply.

Portfolio
Noble Protea Ventures' current portfolio comprises of 630 MW of solar power plant capacity, with 50 MW in operation and 580 MW under implementation phase in the following contries: Kazakhstan, Serbia, Bangladesh, Sri-Lanka, South Africa.
Technology
By leveraging cutting-edge technology and industry expertise, we create efficient and reliable solar power solutions customized to meet the unique energy needs of our clients. The Heterojunction (HJT) technology which is used to produce our modules is acknowledged as the most effective technology in solar panels production with cell’s efficiency close to 25% - 26%.

Your Solar
- Outright purchase of the system with 2 years deferred payment on Noble Protea Ventures PV modules.
- PV modules account for approx. 50% of the system.
- Customer will enjoy full electricity cost savings as well as available incentives and tax credits.
- Noble Protea Ventures will guarantee performance of your solar station up to 30 years.
Smart PPA
- Subscription with fixed monthly payment.
- Zero capital investment.
- Monthly subscription fee will depend on the installed capacity and configuration of the system.
- Customer will benefit from approx. 20% savings on electricity bill.
Ultimate PPA
- Option is offered for the systems with installed capacity from 500 kWac.
- Zero capital investment.
- Under a PPA Noble Protea Ventures installs, owns, operates and maintains a solar power system on the customer’s property.
- Customer will purchase the electrical power generated by the solar system for a specified period (usually 10-25 years) at a predetermined rate and escalation.
- Customer will benefit from cheaper electricity without upfront capital payment.

Notification
All our options are offered in two configurations - Pure Solar Grid-tied system (no back-up batteries) or in Hybrid system (solar generated power combined with battery back-up). Noble Protea Ventures will take in account Customer’s energy needs to configure personalised solution. Under Option 1 we can also design Off-Grid Systems, which are particularly useful in remote areas.
